We make avaiable Polar BodyAge System assessments to all of our members and to non-members alike. The BodyAge interactive health management system is the cornerstone of our fitness and health assessment program. The system includes complete fitness analysis and health risk assessments and it designs, in conjuction with our certified professional trainer a custom cardiovascular, strength and nutrition plans for clients of all ages and ability levels.
In addition, clients may choose to answer questions in the Health Risk Appraisals section, avaiable with the system, giving them feedback on their heart disease risk, cancer risk, diabetes risk, nutrition and the all important BodyAge analysis.Each testing session produces a Personal Profile Report based on the results of the individual tests.

All testing is done on a one-on-one basis in a private room and all test results are confidential. Each client receives a Personal Profile at the end of each testing session.
